Brightwork are currently recruiting for a quality control operator for our client, a well established and industry leading manufacturing business.
Your Time at Work
Ensure components are manufactured to required standard.
Inspect/Assemble components and products to the required quality standards and customer specification.
Ensure products are assembled and packed correctly as per the BOM's, drawings and customer specific requirements. (Notify supervision of any discrepancies).
Undertake training as required.
Maintain acceptable performance levels.
Identify and recommend improved methods of work, effectiveness and efficiency via supervisor and departmental communication.
Check product codes, Customer order codes & bar codes are correct when scanning or setting up bagging machine products.
Demonstrate flexibility to cover in other departments and duties within the factory as required.
Carry out process audits to demonstrate compliance.
