Huntswood is recruiting experienced Complaint Handlers to join our dynamic utilities complaints team based in Glasgow. Use your expertise to resolve customer issues related to billing, missed appointments, and meter problems for a leading utilities company.

What We Offer:

  • Contract Duration: till end of August 2025
  • Start Date: 31st March and 14th April 2025
  • Day Rate: 155 per day (Umbrella recruitment only - we can assist with this)
  • Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-time in office for training and sign-off, with hybrid working available after - 3 days a week in office)

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in investigating customer complaints, ideally in the utilities sector
  • Commitment to working at our Central Glasgow office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in navigating in-house databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word
