Our Global Management consultancy client has recently won a project in the Glasgow area. They are seeking a Project Manager for the Identity and Verification deliverables aligned with the CDD Project. 7 years plus experience in relevant roles is required. Must be available to start immediately. The hybrid model followed with 2-3 days per week working on site.
Skills for this role:
- Project Management/Business Change experience in cross-functional teams
- Experience working within a Financial Crime Transformation environment and or/Regulatory Change project
- Experience of CDD, AML and Financial Crime Business Processes within Financial Services
- Understanding ID&V processes within a Financial Services Financial Crime environment
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders and disseminate information from existing documentation in order to determine current state
- Experience with change management and stakeholder management across multiple business units
Must haves:
- Creating and managing delivery plans overseeing the review and resolution of known issues across Business Units
- Experience in leading the design and implementation of ID&V solutions and governance across financial institutions
- Experience in supporting the development of process improvements or system enhancements related to the ID&V across multiple business units including Retail and Corporate
- Lead a small team to support overall objectives across business units.
