We are working on behalf of a leading rail and civil engineering company to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organization delivering critical infrastructure projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary rail and civil engineering projects. From planning to execution, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Working with diverse teams, you will drive operational excellence and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of rail and civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate and collaborate with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including financial reports and project reviews

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the rail or civil engineering sector
- Strong knowledge of rail infrastructure standards and multi-disciplinary project delivery
- Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- SMSTS and PTS certifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and teams on complex projects
- Full UK driving license
