Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ?

Do you have experience working in the Life, Pensions and Investments industry ?

This is a permanent role, they are based in Glasgow and its hybrid working. I will only consider candidates who are / will be living within commuting distance.

There are 2 roles here, working in different business areas:

Commercial: Looking at their products, distribution and digital channels (Life & Pensions knowledge, highly beneficial to have knowledge of ISA, JISA, Bonds)

Operations: System upgrades, regulatory changes, incident remediation (Life & Pensions knowledge)

Your experience should include:

  • Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager and / or Senior Project Manager working in a fast paced, technology driven, financial services environment, ideally with Investment and Pensions experience.
  • Experience of delivering customer service and customer facing digital solutions
  • Experience of waterfall and agile ways of working
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship development/management skills
  • Ability to filter/interpret technical programme updates and provide clear, concise action plans for a variety of levels within a business
  • Attention to detail and an analytical ability
  • Detailed and strong experience of the following Project and Programme Management activities:
    • Programme / Project Initiation and Mobilisation
    • Programme / project planning, engaging across the enterprise involving all stakeholders
    • Value add governance activity, reducing delivery risk and optimising benefit delivery, including through planning, financial, RAID, business readiness, benefit and change control disciplines
    • Crystal-clear programme and project reporting
    • Developing enterprise change management capabilities through development of others
  • Experience of JIRA would be beneficial.
