Property Inspections Coordinator
Salary: 25,000 (Open to Negotiation)
Location: Glasgow - West End


I have an opportunity available for an experienced candidate to join my well established letting and property management client on a permanent basis in the West End of Glasgow. You will be responsible for carrying out and reporting back on property inspections throughout the duration of tenancy agreements to ensure everything is as it should be for the end client. You will also support with conducting viewings for properties available to let.

To be considered for this role you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and be a confident driver as you will need to travel in this role using a company car.


This role will be based between the office and travelling to conduct inspections. Hours of work are Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:00 and office time will be to complete admin tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conducting Property Inspections and Checkout Inspections
  • Complete reports for Property Manager's Landlords and Tenants
  • Carrying out viewings in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Taking marketing photos and footage for virtual video tours
  • Provide feedback based on the viewings that have been conducted
  • Responding to emails and and phone calls as well as general office support
  • Updating, creating and updating necessary spreadsheets

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working in a similar role or within property management, however other backgrounds will be considered. Good attention to detail, communication skills and administration experience is a must.
