Senior Property ManagerLocation: Glasgow City CentreSalary: £35,000 + £4500 car allowance

I currently have an opening for a Senior Property Manager with a well-established property factor based within Glasgow. You will be part of the senior team supporting the business with plans to grow and thrive as the business continues to succeed.

This is a very varied role that requires an individual who is resilient and capable of managing a diverse and complex portfolio. Within the role you will managing large residential developments ensuring all aspects are running smoothly. This role requires someone from a factoring background who is looking to take the next step in their career.You must come from a factoring or housing association background for this role.

This role is based entirely on site, Mon - Thu 9:00 - 17:00, Fri 9:00 - 16:00

The key responsibilities within this role are:* Act as the deputy for relevant associated director* Manage a complex and high value portfolio of properties* Oversee maintenance of properties: PPM, reactive and day to day* Ensure company policies and procedures* Build and maintain relationships with customer, clients and contractor* Assist with project management works* Dealing with queries* Conduct regular owners meetings - individual and group* Plan, attend and manage evening AGM's * Keep residents well informed

A successful candidate in this position will possess:* Full UK Driving License* Proven experience in a factoring or housing association role* Previous experience with a high value portfolio* Excellent communication skills* Team player with the ability to work independently and manage own workload* Ability to interpret business data metrics* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365* Ability to meet targets and perform well under pressure
