We are looking for min of one years Property Management experience, please read below to find out more. Factoring experience is essential for this role and applicants without Factoring experience unfortunately wont be considered.Our client pride themselves on team work - Their teamwork approach means that repairs, proposed works, inspections, contract management, insurance and general enquiries are addressed by our dedicated teams. This allows our Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to be proactive in their approach. Their diaries allow for more face-to-face interaction with our clients and contractors on site.Key Responsibilities* Delivering a professional factoring service to all clients by maintaining strong relationships with clients* Meeting owners in the office and on-site and conducting formal meetings as required* services and repairs are being met* Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day queries* Responding in a professional manner to emails and telephone enquiries* Carrying out regular visits to developments to ensure that client expectations on ongoing* All connected administration - communicating effectively via email, letter and phone callsAbout the person and essential skills for the job* Minimum one year experience as a Senior Property Manager* Experience in factoring * Strong Communication* Problem solving skills* Organizational skills* Full UK Drivers Licence (pool cars are available)Benefits * Flexible working hours available- 8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm/ 10am - 6pm* Hybrid Working available* Access to pool cars * Annual Bonus* Health & Wellbeing Policy - including free fresh fruit every week* Get your Birthday off - over and above annual leave* 27 days annual leave plus Bank holidays* Additional £70 paid for all evening meetings attended* Excellent Career Progression Prospects* Friendly team approach to problem solvingOngoing training and support provided.
