Field Sales Executive

Location: Glasgow, G4 9TG (Free onsite parking / 10-minute walk from Glasgow City Centre)
Salary: Up to £45K OTE + Incentives, plus Excellent Career Progression!
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’ll provide all the tools, training, and support you need to excel as a Field Sales Executive.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our business, engaging directly with potential clients at their premises. Your main responsibilities will be to introduce our services and secure appointments with key decision-makers. Once you’ve got your foot in the door, you’ll work towards converting those meetings into successful sales.

You won’t be alone in this journey. We’ll be with you every step of the way.

You’ll have the chance to shadow our sales Manager on client visits, where you’ll learn the ropes, sharpen your skills, and gain confidence in closing deals.

This role combines tenacity, relationship-building, and deal-making, ensuring no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in field sales.
  • A resilient, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
  • A professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
