Job Title: Senior Recruitment Resourcing Manager
Location: Glasgow City Centre (1 day a week in-office, 4 days home working)
Contract: 6-month contract (initially)
Day Rate: 325-350 per day (via Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced resourcing manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation in Glasgow City Centre, offering flexible working arrangements with the option to work from home four days a week. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices

  • Source and engage with both active and passive candidates through various channels

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidate information is accurate

  • Provide a high level of candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organisation

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks in line with the organisation's policies

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
