Service Contracts Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: 23,270


Responsibilities Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Contracts Administrator to manage company processes, provide back office support for engineering teams, and ensure smooth completion of projects.


Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 - 16:30 with overtime working opportunities.


This role is fully based on site with the opportunity to work overtime from home.


Key Responsibilities:


* Service Management: Communicate with engineers to ensure timely completion of work, manage subcontractor orders, and monitor outstanding purchase orders.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, manage Case Clean/PPM processes, and ensure proper filing of all documentation.
* Contract Management: Identify and manage Extra to Contract Works, ensuring they align with contractual requirements, record legislation to meet client/company needs.
* Financial Closure: Ensure all works are financially closed in accordance with company and customer guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:


* Experience: 2+ years admin experience with a good understanding of Excel.
* Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and a commitment to excellent service.
* Information Management: Accurate data handling and effective communication.
* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
* Personal Responsibility: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
* Innovation: Proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
