Materials Planner
Location: This on-site role is an immediate requirement, located at 6 Kilmartin Pl, Uddingston, Glasgow G71 5PH.
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE plus Company Pension Scheme, 30 days holiday entitlement per year and further benefits available including flexitime and a generous bonus scheme.
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Aerotron Avotec Ltd is an aircraft component maintenance company working in the civilian and military aviation sectors. Based in Uddingston, the company specialises in the repair and overhaul of Electrical & Mechanical components for the aerospace industry.

The Materials Planner role involves:
• Liaising with Workshop Manager and Supervisors to establish material requirements.
• Utilising data from company MS Database to establish Materials Requirement Planning.
• Maintaining accurate stockholding of parts and addressing discrepancies.
• Utilising data from company MS Database to establish Materials Requirement Planning.
• Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure delivery is met on schedule.
Essential Criteria:
• Able to manipulate tabular data from MS Database in MS Excel.
• Understanding of Material Requirements Planning and safety stockholding.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good team working.
• Keen to work and develop career with highly professional company.
Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience working in an industrial environment.
• Experience in regulated environment.
