What you will get in your new role
This position requires an immediate start, so candidates must be available to begin right away. The role offers a pro-rata salary of 28,000 per annum, paid weekly, with holiday pay accrued. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities in your new role as the Purchase Ledger Manager
The responsibilities for this role include overseeing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of a high volume of invoices, and implementing effective controls over the purchase ledger across multiple sites. This involves monitoring compliance with company policies, addressing discrepancies promptly, and ensuring the integrity of financial records. Additionally, the role requires proactive communication to resolve issues and maintain a seamless workflow in line with organisational standards.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with over three years of experience in a similar role, including managing a small team. Proven expertise in handling high volumes of stock invoices (over 1,000 per month) with accuracy and efficiency is essential, and multi-site experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be articulate, well-presented, and capable of engaging with department managers assertively yet collaboratively to address SLA variances. As a luxury brand, professionalism is key, and candidates must be available for immediate interviews.
