The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary team of 30 professionals that includes Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Principal Designers, and Project Managers.

This is an incredible opportunity to take the lead on significant projects ranging from 1m to 40m in value, working across sectors such as Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Conservation, and Heritage, with project values ranging from 1m to 40m.

In this client-facing role, you'll have the chance to manage high-profile projects from inception to completion, providing full Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services while shaping the future of junior staff through mentoring. The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be experienced and comfortable working in a senior role within a Consultancy environment, will want further involvement in management and the development of junior staff and want to add value and make a real difference and contribution to a firm long term. You will also have:

  • A strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
  • A RICS accredited Degree Qualification
  • Previous experience in, or a desire to get involved in management
  • Excellent Pre & Post contract experience
  • A successful track record leading projects 10m-40m from inception to completion
  • Must be MRICS or nearly qualified
