The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager
- Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is a MUST
- A construction related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS)
- Progressing towards or have achieved a professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred)
As well as:
- A proactive learner with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
- Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT & NEC.
- A proven track record of managing successful projects to completion across all RIBA stages.
- Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results.
- A self-starter with a creative and initiative-driven approach to problem-solving.
