Location: Glasgow (minimum 2 days per week in Glasgow office)

I am currently recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director to join a well-established consultancy, taking a lead role in their Glasgow office. This is an opportunity for an experienced QS professional to step into a leadership role, helping to grow and support a small team and shape the regional presence moving forward.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying/commercial management.
  • Prior line management experience.
  • Experiernce in a regulated infrastructure sector such as rail, aviation, water, nuclear, defence.
  • Must have NEC contract experience, FIDIC experience also beneficial.
  • Experience within consultancy or contractor environments.
  • Chartered (MRICS or similar) preferred.
  • Confident communicator and team leader, capable of growing and mentoring a regional team
  • Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, with the ability to attend the Glasgow office a minimum of 2 days per week
