**Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)**
**Location: East Kilbride (Central Belt Scotland)**
**Salary: 30,000 - 60,000 (DOE) + Car/Car Allowance**

We are working with a well-established client specialising in the refurbishment of void properties and main contracting services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced **Quantity Surveyor (QS)** to join their team at their East Kilbride office. The role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the central belt, given the variety of sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all costs relating to building projects
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Evaluate and negotiate sub-contractor contracts
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor and control cost variations
- Prepare final accounts and oversee interim payments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, refurbishment, or main contracting
- Strong understanding of building regulations and construction contracts
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
