They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on projects across Scotland.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
- Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
- Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
- Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships and overseeing the management of subcontract packages.
