They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on projects across Scotland.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes
  • Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
  • Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships and overseeing the management of subcontract packages.
