They are currently looking to expand their team with a dedicated and skilled Quantity Surveyor.
About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project finances and budgets from inception to completion
- Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders and contracts
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report on project progress and financial status
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
