The business has been growing, developing, and changing year on year since they began in 2015. Due to an internal restructure, they're now one of three businesses working under a wider group. Ahead of celebrating their 10th year in business next year and to meet company needs, they're now seeking an individual who holds previous experience within a Quantity Surveying position and is keen to support their mission in scaling up.In this role the individual will be preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects as well as evaluating and managing variations in project scope, cost and schedules. This company encourages internal progression which will naturally evolve as the business grows, with the potential for the right candidate to step up into a directorship position in the future.The ideal candidate will hold previous experience in Quantity Surveying and will come from an MEP, Heating or Renewables background.
