An opportunity for a Commercial Change Manager has become available with a leading civil engineering and utility contractor.
The role will suit a Commercial Change Consultant or Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing QS.
This is a hybrid working role based just outside Glasgow
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Lead the Commercial Change Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing changes and variations.
Working with colleagues to find resolutions to resolve change issues the SQS / Change Manager will take on the aged Change / WIP and negotiate agreements with the client.
Monitor live projects and identify change
Liaise with the operations team
Track all actions on change
Implement robust processes to carry out change effectively
Experience Required
The Senior QS/ Change Manager will have a track record of change management ideally on civil engineering or utility projects.
Must be highly organised with first-class communication skills and able to build excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
