The position primarily involves working on flatted developments.
Candidates should possess significant experience in quantity surveying, with backgrounds in housing, construction, PQS, or groundworks being considered.
The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, pension, and an earlier finish on Fridays.
Applicants are expected to have a minimum of several years of relevant experience.

Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a leading residential builder who are looking to recruit an experienced QS or Senior QS to join their team in Glasgow.

In this role you will be working mostly on flatted developments.

In order to be suitable you will be an experienced QS. A range of backgrounds will be considered including: housing, construction, PQS and groundworks.
