The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll step into a pivotal role within a growing, multidisciplinary team of 30 professionals. This consultancy operates across diverse sectors including Education, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Conservation, and Heritage, with project values ranging from 1m to 40m.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a full range of Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services, taking ownership of high-value projects from inception to completion. You'll also play a key part in developing the team, mentoring junior surveyors and sharing your expertise to shape the future of the business. With a clear route to Associate, this is the perfect role for an experienced Senior QS looking to advance their career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be experienced and ready to make a significant impact. You'll have:

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy is a must
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in, or the desire to get involved in, management of junior team members
  • Pre & post contract experience
  • Ability to run projects circa 10m+
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
