Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

First People Solutions is seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team within a leading engineering and facilities management company. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the UK's most exciting and challenging projects, with a focus on delivering complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of major MEP projects, including cost control, change management, risk management, and cost-value reconciliations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project leads, and report directly to the regional commercial manager.
• Mentor and support a team of Quantity Surveyors, driving excellence and innovation in project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience, ideally with a major MEP contractor.
• Proven success in managing significant MEP projects valued at 10m+.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Nav preferred.
