Your new roleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS), you will oversee a portfolio of 2-4 projects, each ranging from £5M to £15M. You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve preparing and managing project budgets, conducting cost analysis, negotiating contracts, and providing accurate financial information to stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Proven experience with NEC4 contracts.
  • Experience in the water sector is preferable.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
