We're on the lookout for motivated Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their established commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering key infrastructure projects while advancing your career in a collaborative and supportive environment.







About the Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for managing allocated contracts from tender through to final account. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role will include:

  • Developing commercial plans to mitigate risks and drive profitability.
  • Measurement and valuation of works for valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Preparing, submitting, and agreeing on interim valuations in line with agreed schedules.
  • Measuring and valuing subcontractor works for payment and final account purposes.
  • Developing and submitting claims for delays, disruption, and/or loss and expense.
  • Procuring subcontractors and supporting the buying team in procurement processes.
  • Preparing and presenting various financial reports.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar.
  • Experience in construction, ideally within the water or infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with NEC forms of contract.
  • Strong commercial management and subcontract procurement experience.
