About the Client

Our client is a leading civil engineering firm known for its expertise in  delivering projects within the water, marine and power sectors. They are currently expanding their commercial team in Scotland and are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Renfrewshire.  Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from tender to final account.
  • Produce accurate cost forecasts for projects.
  • Conduct commercial reporting and analysis.
  • Provide commercial support to operational and other internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a surveying role within the civil engineering sector, ideally with a focus on water and power projects.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a commercial discipline.
  • Knowledge of various contracts, with a particular emphasis on bespoke forms of contract.
