A well-established Cost and Project Management consultancy, based in Glasgow, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, driven by a rapidly increasing workload.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will become a key member of a dynamic team of 20 Quantity Surveyors, playing an integral role in the delivery of high-profile residential, education, and healthcare projects, with values reaching up to 100m.

Once settled into the practice, you will also take on a mentoring role, guiding and supporting Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and progressively taking responsibility for larger, more complex projects. This position offers the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills while managing significant projects across multiple sectors.

Ideally MRICS qualified
