I am currently recruiting for a quickly growing lettings agency based in Glasgow City Centre! Following a successful launch and significant growth, they are seeking a full-time Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role is key to the continued growth of this client, enabling smooth operations while upholding the exceptional service standard.


This role is based entirely on site Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:00.

Key Responsibilities


Building Relationships
* Serve as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, representing the brand with professionalism and approachability


Tenancy Management
* Draft and manage tenancy agreements and notices while ensuring compliance with Scottish regulations
Maintenance Coordination
* Handle repair requests through Fixflo and liaise with contractors to resolve issues promptly


Regulation Compliance
* Ensure all properties meet legal requirements, including gas safety and electrical inspections
Administrative Organisation
* Maintain accurate property records and provide administrative support to the wider team

What We're Looking For


* Experience: At least 2 years in lettings administration or property management
* Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property systems like SME Professional (preferred)
* Qualifications: A qualification in Lettings or Property Management
* Other Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to a car
