Our Glasgow based client is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator, this is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to progress your career at an established and successful Housing Association.

You will support the Property Services Manager and Team in coordinating the delivery of repairs and maintenance services. The successful candidate will help manage a small team of repairs assistants, helping them provide excellent customer service to tenants. Ideally candidates will have knowledge and experience working in Repairs and Maintenance administration, managing contracts, relationships with contractors and scheduling/allocating repairs. The role will also cover the analysis of data and the production of reports for the Property Services Manager.

Candidates should have experience working in property maintenance, ideally with a Social Housing Association or Maintenance Contractor. You will have strong Customer/Tenant Services experience, be able to manage customer services staff, work closely with Contractors, understand the challenges faced by a repairs team, be comfortable producing reports and work closely with colleagues across all departments.
