JC191 - Property Manager Location – GlasgowSalary – £Competitive + Vehicle AllowanceOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Glasgow.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors.
  • Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications.
  • Conduct regular owners’ meetings, in both individual and group settings.
  • Plan, attend and manage evening AGM’s for portfolio sites.
  • Manage a large portfolio of grounds-only developments.
  • Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs.
  • Manage and co-ordinate tender exercises for grounds maintenance contracts.
  • Conduct regular property visits.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience within factoring, lettings or facilities management.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Proficient using Office 365.
  • Full, clean UK Driving License.
