Join one of Scotland’s leading  Property Management services, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Customer Experience & Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with both customers and contractors.
    • Create and distribute regular customer communications.
    • Conduct regular owners’ meetings in both individual and group settings.
    • Plan, attend, and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Instruct and monitor both reactive and proactive repairs.
    • Manage and coordinate the customer insurance claims process.
    • Conduct regular property visits.
  • Record Keeping:
    • Ensure customer records are kept accurately and up to date.
  • KPI Management:
    • Monitor customer satisfaction through complaints percentage and surveys/interviews.
    • Track customer response times and ensure delivery meets or exceeds targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full, clean UK Driving License.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Ability to work to targets and handle pressure effectively.
  • Experience using a CRM-based system is preferable but not essential.
