Join one of Scotland’s leading Property Management services, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors.
Day-to-day of the role:- Customer Experience & Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with both customers and contractors.
- Create and distribute regular customer communications.
- Conduct regular owners’ meetings in both individual and group settings.
- Plan, attend, and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites.
- Portfolio Management:
- Instruct and monitor both reactive and proactive repairs.
- Manage and coordinate the customer insurance claims process.
- Conduct regular property visits.
- Record Keeping:
- Ensure customer records are kept accurately and up to date.
- KPI Management:
- Monitor customer satisfaction through complaints percentage and surveys/interviews.
- Track customer response times and ensure delivery meets or exceeds targets.
- Full, clean UK Driving License.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Ability to work to targets and handle pressure effectively.
- Experience using a CRM-based system is preferable but not essential.
