- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and contractors, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee buildings insurance claims.
- Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive property repairs.
- Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processes.
- Conduct regular property and development site visits, including attending on-site meetings.
- Must be based within commuting distance of Glasgow.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Strong background in customer service.
- Good IT skills and proficient use of Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
