Exciting opportunity for a Factoring Property Manager!

My client is looking for a Property Manager with a factoring background to join their dynamic and friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011, specifically the Code of Conduct, and experience with CPL Software is preferred.

Their team oriented approach ensures staff satisfaction while consistently meeting client expectations. Property Managers are viewed as key resources, drawing on their experience to manage day-to-day operations and handle complex issues both over the phone and face-to-face with clients.

The team's collaborative structure supports the Property Managers in addressing repairs, inspections, proposed works, contract management, insurance, and general inquiries, enabling a proactive approach to service.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a professional factoring service and maintaining strong client relationships
Meeting with owners both in the office and on-site, including conducting formal meetings when necessary
Responding to a high volume of emails in a professional and timely manner
Regularly visiting developments to ensure client satisfaction with ongoing services and repairs
Handling related administrative tasks, including communication by email, letter, and phone
Ongoing training and support will be provided. The successful candidate will need strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, as well as a full driving licence.

This is a permanent, full-time role with Monday to Friday hours. The following working hours options are available:

8:00 am - 4:00 pm
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
10:00 am - 6:00 pm
There is also the option for hybrid working (1 day per week).
