We are seeking a customer-focused Assistant Property Administrator to join our small, friendly team in a well-established Property Company based in Glasgow City Centre. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing first-class service and takes pride in their work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Responding promptly to emails and answering telephone inquiries.
  • Resolving repairs and maintenance issues by liaising with contractors and tradespeople.
  • Conducting inventories and inspections at residential properties.
  • Handling new business enquiries and nurturing potential sales and lettings leads.
  • Supporting other team members to deliver outstanding service to our landlords, tenants, and vendors.
  • Undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 – 2 years previous experience in a property environment.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • A genuine understanding of clients’ needs and a proactive approach to meeting them.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and issues, ensuring they are seen through to completion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Car ownership is essential as a significant proportion of time will be spent at properties conducting inventories and viewings.
