I am currently recruiting for a property administrator/advisor for a well established and nationally recognised estate agency based in the Southside of Glasgow.
About the Role:My client is seeking a motivated and organised Property Administrator/Property Adviser to join their Shawlands branch. This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in a dynamic estate agency environment. You will provide clerical and administrative support to the estate agency team, handle enquiries from prospective buyers, and promote the firm's services. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in the role and there is clear opportunity for progression.
The role will be fully based in the office, Mon - Fri 9:00 - 17:00.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:* Administrative Tasks:o Open files for sale and property matters, including creating posting slipso Instruct Home Reports and photographerso Place properties live on the market and submit them to property portals
* Client Interaction:o Obtain and communicate viewing feedback to clientso Identify viewer's specific property search requirements and recommend suitable optionso Promote the advantages of our valuation services to potential sellers and landlords
* Sales and Promotion:o Highlight key features of properties to encourage viewingso Identify other relevant services and promote the benefits of using other arms of the business________________________________________What We're Looking For:Qualifications:* Educated to Higher level or above
Skills and Experience:* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail* Confident oral and written communication skills* A pleasant, professional telephone manner* Ability to plan, prioritise, and work both independently and as part of a team* Reliable, honest, and discreet with respect for confidentiality* Full, clean UK driving licence
