A Glasgow based Housing Association are currently recruiting a temporary Property Officer for a temporary role to cover within the team. The role will be on a month to month basis however may go on for a few months.
You will be working within a busy team where you will be based in the office or at properties. You will be liasing with tenants on a daily basis.
The main aspects of the role are:
- Effective contract management and quality control of major, cyclical and reactive, contracts
- Provision of technical advice/service tenants and staff
- Assist in the management of works to empty properties
- Involvement in medical adaptations
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Working knowledge of housing/building legislation and planning guidelines
- Experience in Contract Administration and Quality control procedures
It is also desirable to have:
- HNC in construction
- experience in a similar role
The client would like to meet with candidates befo0pre Xmas to start on 6th jan.
