Key Details:

  • Position: Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)
  • Location: Newton Mearns, Scotland
  • Hours: Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday (Full Days); Potential late-night Thursday
  • Salary: 23,000.00 - 25,000.00 Pro Rata (Salary DOE) + potential bonuses
  • Training: 4 weeks provided
  • Work Environment: Fun and supportive team with a "funky" team culture and company events


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly
  • Manage appointments, calls, and patient records
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure clinic efficiency
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain the reception area
