Key Details:
- Position: Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)
- Location: Newton Mearns, Scotland
- Hours: Wednesday PM, Thursday and Friday (Full Days); Potential late-night Thursday
- Salary: 23,000.00 - 25,000.00 Pro Rata (Salary DOE) + potential bonuses
- Training: 4 weeks provided
- Work Environment: Fun and supportive team with a "funky" team culture and company events
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients warmly
- Manage appointments, calls, and patient records
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure clinic efficiency
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain the reception area
