They are a very successful Legal Firm and looking for someone to be the first point of contact for the business.The position will allow the opportunity for career progression for an individual who demonstrates exceptional front of house experience, ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients and strong work ethic, to support the Office Manager and strive for the highest level of client service, over the phone, via email and in person.JOB ROLE* Business Support - Support the office on a day to day basis on key business requirements* First point of contact for incoming calls and emails* Facilities co-ordination of everyday going on within the office and supporting members of staff, visitors and clientsJOB PURPOSE* Representing the Firm as first point of contact, front of house for all new and existing clients and ensuring that the client experience is professional and efficient and exceeds expectations, from start to finish.
