Day-to-day of the role:
- Warm Welcomes: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients, colleagues, and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
- Client Interaction: Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, handle new business and client inquiries.
- Meeting Room Management: Manage meeting room bookings using our online system, prepare rooms for meetings, manage refreshments, and ensure the front-of-house area is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Client Assistance: Advise and assist with enquiries, handle payments where necessary, and manage collections and deliveries.
- Safety First: Take responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the team and visitors.

- IT Savvy: Comfortable using office software and systems to manage tasks efficiently.
- Safety-Minded: Willing to complete First Aid training and undertake Fire Warden responsibilities.
- Experience: Reception or customer service experience preferred, ideally in a professional Services set up.
