We are seeking an experienced Volume Recruiter to join our clients Recruitment Team in Glasgow. As a key member of their team, you will support candidates through their volume recruitment process, engaging with hiring managers, advertising roles, contacting applicants, discussing vacancies, conducting telephone interviews, and scheduling interviews.Key Responsibilities• Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment experience to ensure a positive outcome.• Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.• Supporting the face-to-face recruitment process to maintain high standards of service delivery.• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports to inform future recruitment strategies.• Collaborating with other members of the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of the recruitment service.• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Working Time Directive, Equality Act, and Right to Work documentation.Experience• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.• Previous experience in a resourcing or recruitment• Ability to work as a team and be ambitious to grow with the company
