Reed Glasgow is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team, specialising in Financial Services, Insurance and Mortgage recruitment across the Glasgow and surrounding area. This is an existing desk with a strong client base, covering the North of the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Cultivate relationships with new clients through phone outreach.

  • Client Engagement: Attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients.

  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing client connections and identify growth opportunities.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and match candidates to meet client recruitment needs.

  • Effective Advertising: Craft compelling job vacancies to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Interview Facilitation: Prepare candidates for interviews.

  • Negotiation: Facilitate offers between clients and candidates.
