About the Role:Acting as our Recruitment Resourcer/Admin at PWS you will play a crucial role within the team, supporting several key functions within the business and across our clients and strategic partnerships.
Here at PWS we also pride ourselves on a wider recruitment offering, so this is not your standard recruitment admin role and we are looking for the right team member to help roll out a number of exciting initiatives.
We are a close-knit team with a family style ethos and this a key appointment for us as we continue with our growth as a business.The role will be based at our Glasgow HQ (G4 0LA) with the potential of some hybrid working.
Duties will include:
- Source qualified candidates for open positions
- Verify candidate credentials including, referencing
- Develop job descriptions and promote job openings
- Create new starter packs
- Distribute assignment information to candidates
- Manage timely submission of accurate time sheets for payroll
- Format resumes and establish candidate profiles
- Handle incoming phone inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date candidate information
- CRM system management
- Sales admin management
About you:Minimum of 2 year's experience working in the recruitment industry ideally within Civil engineering construction, engineering, or manufacturing.Strong understanding of working to a detailed delivery plan and time scales. Embraces technology and looks to stay ahead of the competition by providing innovative recruitment solutions.Demonstrated drive, ambition resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues and the wider business initiatives
