Key Responsibilities:•   Coordinate and manage the sponsorship and visa application process for candidates.•   Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.•   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.•   Assist with the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials.•   Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.•   Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Requirements:•   Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the recruitment or social services industry.•   Strong organisational and time-management skills.•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•   Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.•   Knowledge of sponsorship and visa processes is a plus.
