Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering high-quality staffing solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and networking, to source and attract top talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates are a good fit for both the role and the client.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process from initial client briefing to candidate placement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both parties.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand your client portfolio, and work towards achieving set targets and KPIs.
Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices to advise clients and candidates effectively.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred however we will also consider applications from people within sales, or a client-facing role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
