Role Overview: As a Perms Desk Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a 360' recruitment process for all positions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our already active clients ensuring that we meet their staffing needs promptly and effectively, whilst driving a strategy to generate new business. Your area will cover Glasgow, Lanarkshire, West coast and Ayrshire. This is a warm Desk with a variety of clients that use us on a regularly. You have the whole of market available to you therefore plenty of scope for additional business.

With unrestricted access to our pool of active, passive & experienced candidates you will be well set up to support all our clients’ recruitment needs. You will work proactively by taking your ‘top candidates’ to market, showcasing their skillset to all suitable and targeted clients. Your objective is to maintain performance levels and build on these by identifying and developing new clients and reactivating lapsed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough screening and skill checks to match candidates to suitable job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Be visual in your market by attending client meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 360’ recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment, however not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A passion for selling and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
