Resourcing Delivery ConsultantGlasgow£25K + bonus + benefitsSearch Recruitment Group is looking to build a new Recruitment Delivery team based in our Glasgow Office. There is no client sales element to this role, it's all about managing opportunities from our client portals and identifying and career-matching candidates for those requirements for both temporary and permanent roles. The team will work across vacancies covering Healthcare, Industrial, Professional Services and Business Support, giving you an incredibly varied portfolio of clients and candidates to work with.Your focus is on the provision of an exceptional recruitment service, so we are looking for hard-working individuals, driven and determined, with the ability to build long-standing relationships. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and given extensive training throughout your career. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of vacancies on behalf of our clients* Where possible, liaise directly with hiring managers and decision makers to fully understand the job specification* Manage the recruitment process: short-list CV's, arrange and coordinate interviews, offer management etc. * Manage and, where required, build a database of candidates in order to react quickly and effectively to urgent vacancies.
