What You'll Do:As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our UK Social Care Division, you will be responsible for:

  • Cold Calling & Business Development: Focusing on contacting clients and candidates within the UK social care sector. This role involves substantial phone work to generate new business and handle vacancy management.
  • Market Focus: Building and managing a network of candidates and clients in the UK social care industry, handling multiple roles and opportunities.
  • Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Once trained, overseeing the entire recruitment process-from sourcing candidates and guiding them through interviews to securing placements. You will also handle client communication and expectations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Market Building: Developing and expanding your market by building a strong candidate and client base, continually growing relationships and driving revenue.
