This isn't your normal 9-5 position, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in recruitment while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
What does a trainee recruitment consultant do?
- Generate leads to identify and develop client & candidate relationships
- Advise clients on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates to their business
- Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs to identify suitable career opportunities for them
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Actively contact business's via phone & email on behalf of candidates you are representing
- Managing the full recruitment process through to offer stage
- Negotiating pay and salary rates on behalf of your candidates
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
